About — Debra Lowe, Founder
Both hands
on the pulse.
I am not a call center. I am not a referral handoff. I am a solo advisor with both hands on the pulse — for the best overall betterment of my clients. Every family I work with gets my full attention, my full expertise, and my full presence through every step.
I carry two credentials no other advisor on the Central Coast holds together — State-Certified RCFE Administrator and Senior Real Estate Specialist. That means you never have to start over with someone new when the conversation shifts from care to home, or from home to care.
San Luis Obispo County is not a market to me. It is where I work, where I live, and where I have built the relationships that make a real difference for the families I serve.

I guide you.
I personally walk families through care options and — when the time comes — the home transition. I've built relationships with the people in those rooms, and I will be right there with you.
The Framework
Most professionals operate
within a single pillar.
The greatest value is created by coordinating across all eight. Families benefit most from a structured, guided approach that aligns housing, financial, legal, and care decisions into one cohesive strategy — with one advisor holding the whole picture.
"Here, no pillar is left unattended. Every decision connects to the next — and I am with you through all of them."
A simple, unhurried process.
No intake forms. No call center. Just a conversation, and as much time as you need.
Every family I take on receives my direct attention — not a team member, not a system, not a referral handoff. I hold a State-Certified RCFE Administrator credential — the same credential required to operate a licensed residential care facility. When your family's situation touches both care and housing, you are not starting over with someone new. You are still talking to me.
Five Pathways.
For many families, the home is the asset that makes the next chapter possible. If selling the family home is part of your plan, that option is available through this same relationship — quietly, without pressure, and only when the time is right for you. You will never be handed off. The conversation simply continues.
From the families
I've worked with.
"Debra was a tremendous help during one of the most difficult seasons our family has faced. She knew exactly which communities to consider and never once made us feel rushed."
"We didn't know where to start. Debra walked us through everything — the care options, the costs, the timing. She was the advisor we didn't know we needed."
